Terms & Conditions:
By booking, you confirm that you have read and understood the list of inclusions and exclusions and understand that it’s your responsibility to plan, book, and pay for exclusions, such as flights.
You confirm that you have understood the refund policy. 50% of the trip fee is refundable up to 30 day prior to the start of the trip. After September 20, the fee is non-refundable.
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You understand that if you choose double occupancy as a solo traveler, you will be accommodated in a shared twin bed room with another participant. We will do our best to match like-minded room mates, but cannot guarantee a perfect match. In the case of single occupancy, you will be accommodated in a separate room at the hotel.
Cancelation by Oskar and Dan: We may cancel a booking for logistical reasons. In such cases, the full cost will be refunded to the traveler. In the case of traveler actions, inactions, communications, or any other behavior that we deem to be a security concern, or that may impact the dynamic and safety of the trip, as determined by us in our sole discretion, you may not be entitled to any refund or compensation. Oskar and Dan may also elect to not provide you services in the future.
Oskar and Dan reserve the right to remove a traveler at any time while on trip due to any traveler actions, inactions, communications, or any other behavior that we deem to be a security concern, or that may impact the dynamic and safety of the trip, as determined by us in our sole discretion. In the event of such removal, the traveler may not be entitled to any refund or compensation. We may also elect to not provide the traveler services in the future.
Any additional fees or costs incurred due to an early departure from the trip, whether voluntary or at the request of Oskar and Dan, are the sole responsibility of the traveler. This includes official removal from the trip due to behavior, violation of community guidelines and/or health and safety concerns.
Oskar and Dan shall not be liable for any medical emergencies or expenses incurred during the trip. It is your own responsibility to acquire adequate travel insurance.
You understand that it is your sole responsibility to comply with any travel requirements, such as visas, passport validity, and any health and safety requirements put in place by The Republic of Korea or other nations, including Covid-19 related requirements. You also agree to abide by local laws in The Republic of Korea throughout the duration of the trip.
You consent to appear in images and videos taken during the trip.
You hereby agree that you will not hold Oskar and Dan liable for any excess expenses, charges, legal situations, or anything else that could harm us financially, legally, physically, medically, or otherwise. Thank you🫶🏼
