Since mid-2017, Nonstop Dan has had a strict policy against accepting free flights from airlines. You can always trust that my videos are made for my viewers, not for an airline. Between 2017-2024, I paid for every single ticket on this channel myself. Starting from 2025, I have decided to slightly modify that policy to make exceptions for certain types of flights (deliveries, inaugural flights etc) in line with the policies of most other YouTube reviewers. If, in a rare circumstance, I am invited to an exclusive event or a special flight where I receive a free ticket, it will clearly disclosed in the video. Affiliate programs

Some brands offer affiliate programs that I allow me to refer viewers to products I love and earn a small commission. For example, Amazon Affiliates link any products they use from Amazon and earn a percentage of the sale. While there usually is not much money in these programs, there is no reason not to use them if I will be linking my camera equipment or favorite travel agencies anyway.

Hotels 

The purpose of my channel is to review airlines. Although I usually stay in Airbnbs, sometimes hotels offer superior options. In rare cases, I will accept compensated stays or upgrades from hotels in exchange for exposure in my videos. I solely intend on spreading the name of the hotel and sharing it as an option for your stay. I’m glad to suggest hotels that my viewers will enjoy, and hopefully make their trips better in the process.

This category encompasses all companies that are not in the above categories. Just as any other YouTuber, I get countless requests from brands to sponsor my videos. If I support the brand, especially if I’ve used it in the past, I accept video sponsorships. These sponsorships are vital to ensuring that I can remain entirely independent and can pay for my own flights, a key to providing objective reviews.
